The inner wall of the bushing on the moving cone is worn. The moving cone is smoothly seated on a spherical tile supported by a spherical tile frame, and the lower part is close to the counterweight fixed on the eccentric sleeve (the counterweight is also covered by a pair of covers), due to the lack of inspection by the operator. The serious wear of the auxiliary cover wall can not be found in time, which causes the crusher to directly impact the counterweight outer wall, moreover, the auxiliary cover and the counterweight fixed screw loosen and fall off, which directly results in the unbalance operation of the moving cone and the spherical surface of the upper cone sleeve of the moving cone. The surface of the tile is badly worn, causing the crusher to vibrate strongly.
The fixed cone cannot be rotated normally with the adjusting ring. There are screws processed on the outer diameter of the fixed cone, which are supported in the adjusting ring by meshing with the heavy grade thread in the adjusting ring. The fixed cone in the adjusting ring is rotated counterclockwise or clockwise. It can be adjusted up and down to adjust the size of feed port and discharge port, and it can be used to replace the moving and fixed cone liner regularly. In actual operation, due to the long running time, the normal wear of fixed cone liner is larger than that of HP300 crusher. The iron remover on the grate belt machine can’t suck out the large cast iron in time (such as excavator bucket teeth etc.) and the operator is not in time.It is found that manual detection and direct entry into the crusher, the crusher overiron protection to this failure, can only be forced by the crusher extrusion, so that the overcast part of the fixed liner bulge, resulting in fixed cone can not be taken out.
