Troubleshooting method: 1,2 shutdown, find out the reasons to eliminate, then add oil to the tank; 3, stop, cleaning oil return groove, to adjust the amount of oil, and add oil to the tank
Fault four: oil temperature over 55 degrees, but the oil pressure did not rise
Fault reason: eccentric shaft sleeve is defective;
Troubleshooting: stop check straight bushing and cone bushing, find out the cause of trouble removal
Fault five: increase the oil pressure and oil temperature.
Fault: internal circuit breaker or tubing plug
Troubleshooting: stop, find the blockage and remove
Fault six: the oil temperature out of the cooler is more than 45 degrees centigrade
Failure reason: 1. no cooling water; 2. cooling water temperature is high; 3. cooler blocking
Troubleshooting method: to check whether the cooling water; the water pressure is too low, and as far as possible to increase the pressure, check the temperature of the cooling water cleaning; cooler fault seven: water in oil tank, oil content increased
Fault: water pressure is higher than the oil cooler
