Safety Operation Procedure for Metso HP500 Cone crusher
Daily starting
1, before the start of the crusher, and make sure to start the lubrication system oil temperature within the tubing at least reaches 16 degrees Celsius (60 degrees Fahrenheit);
2, the lubricating oil must start at least 1 minutes before the crusher starts.
3, the hydraulic station must start before the crusher turns. Check the remote button control box’s indicator light to confirm that the hydraulic station is running and the loop pressure is normal.
4, start the crusher and run for 5 minutes without load.
5, feed the crusher under the condition of low feed volume, and gradually increase the feed volume to the maximum power level.
Daily shutdown
1, stop the crusher feed and continue to operate for 2 minutes without charge;
2, stop the crusher and slow it down until it stops running. The minimum deceleration time is about 45 seconds;
3, stop lubrication system;
4, stop hydraulic device.
Adjust crusher discharge port
1, crusher discharge port is changed by falling or rising adjustment ring fixed cone, down clockwise rotation of fixed cone assembly. When rising, it rotates counterclockwise. The fixed cone decreases the discharge port, and the fixed cone rises to increase the discharge port.
2, in order to adjust the crusher outlet during crushing or stop the crusher feed, hydraulic pressure Station motor must run, hydraulic station operation, the red light should be on.
