1.Before starting the cone crusher, check the fastening condition at the main joint, turn the machine by hand at least to make the eccentric sleeve rotate 2-3 cycles.
The oil pump should be started before starting. The cone crusher shall not be started until the lubricating oil is obtained at each lubricating point.
The continuous operation of the empty operation test shall not be less than 2 hours.
4.Empty running test shall meet the following requirements:
1)the number of rotation of the broken cone should not exceed 15 revolutions / min around its center line.
2)the bevel gear shall not have periodic noise.
3)the oil pressure shall be within the range of 0.8-1.5 kgf / cm ~ 2.
4)Oil return temperature shall not exceed 50 ℃
5)After the test, the friction parts of the cone crusher should not appear the phenomenon of copper, burn and wear.
- If the crusher cone rotation number produces bad phenomenon, should stop immediately, check the correction. Check the oil quantity at the same time, and then re-test.
5.If bevel gear has periodic noise, it must check the correctness of bevel gear installation and check bevel gear clearance.
