What is the difference between Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2 and Mn22Cr2?
They differ in hardness and in how they handle impact and abrasion. Mn13Cr2 is the softest of the three at HRC 22-25 and is used for general crushing. Mn18Cr2 is harder at HRC 24-28 and is specified for medium abrasive duty. Mn22Cr2 is harder again at HRC 26-30 and is specified for high impact duty. For extreme wear we add titanium carbide (Mn22Cr2+TiC) to reach HRC 50+, and for fine crushing we use high chrome at HRC 58-62.

Can I order a single piece for testing?
Yes. We accept orders from 1 piece so you can sample and test before committing to bulk production.
Do you need a drawing, or can you work from a sample?
Both. Send engineering drawings in CAD, PDF or even a hand sketch, or send a used or new sample part and we will reverse-engineer an exact replacement.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Within 24 hours of receiving your drawing or sample.
Is material certification included?
Yes. Every shipment includes an MTR (Material Test Report).
